About BGM
BGM was founded on a simple premise: the best operational advice comes from people who have actually done the work.
The Founder
Edwin Borbon is a bilingual operations executive with over 15 years of experience building and scaling service businesses. His work spans sales infrastructure, field operations, financial systems, and the technology integrations that hold everything together.
As a Fractional VP of Operations for a specialized industrial services company, Edwin led the transformation from an $800K operation to a $10M business — building the systems, teams, and workflows that made that growth sustainable rather than chaotic.
His operational expertise is grounded in real field work: managing technical deployments across the United States, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East; designing end-to-end automation for sales, accounting, and field service; and serving as the primary operational liaison for Fortune 500 accounts.
Edwin founded BGM to bring that same level of execution to other growing companies — without the $180K price tag of a full-time VP.
How We Operate
We don't hand you a report and leave. We stay until the system is built, the team is trained, and the process is working. Results are the only metric that matters.
Good operations are not complicated. The best systems are the ones people actually use. We design for simplicity, sustainability, and adoption — not to impress.
We tell you what your business actually needs — even if that's different from what you came in asking for. Our job is your outcome, not your approval.
Every system we build is designed for your team to own and operate independently. We don't create dependency — we create capability.
Why BGM
Most consultants diagnose. They write decks, run workshops, and leave you with a roadmap that assumes you have the people and systems to execute it.
BGM is different. We build. We connect your systems, train your people, and stay until things work. You don't pay us for a plan — you pay us for a result.
Let's Talk
Let's talk about your business, where it's stuck, and what it would take to get it moving.
